Complaints procedure
In the event that you as parent have a grievance of any kind please speak to the Pre-school Manager Claire Plowman. If the grievance can not be resolved, please put it in writing to the committee who will address the complaint and report back to you with the outcome. A copy of our complaints procedure can be found on the notice board or filing cabinet, a copy can be obtained from Claire Plowman

If you are still dissatisfied or unhappy you can request a meeting with the Pre-School supervisor and the Chair of the Pre-school Committee. The final stage of a dispute resolution would be to appoint an independent external mediator to resolve the matter.
Parents have a right to phone OFSTED if they feel that they have not received a satisfactory response to their complaint.
