Staff

All staff hold the relevant early years qualification, and staff regularly attend training sessions held by the Worcestershire Early Development and Childcare Partnership.

Our staff  are very much loved by children and parents alike. Our outstanding OFSTED  report is a testimony of the staffs’ dedication and hard work to make our Pre-School such a happy one.

Angela and Cynthia have been with the Pre-School for more than 12 years providng many years of experience.

Adult resources

We are proud of the high ratio of adults to children in our group, currently varying between 1:8 and 1:6, which ensures individual attention to the needs and development of each individual child.

Training

Our membership of the Pre-School Learning Alliance and the Worcestershire Early Years Development and Childcare Partnership ensure that we are constantly in touch with new thinking in the field of child education and care. Our staff regularly attend training courses on issues relating to their work with children.
