Special needs

All the children are treated as individuals, with individual needs. The number of adults present in our Pre-School enables us to provide individual attention for each child. Each child is able to progress at his/her own rate in all areas of development, and this is true for children with or without disabilities or learning difficulties. We are experienced in working in close liaison with professionals across the range of special needs. We have access to the Pre-School Learning Alliance Equal Chances scheme which will provide help, advice or one-to-one support for children with special needs if we need it. If you would like to discuss the group's ability to meet your own child's needs, please talk to the Pre-School supervisor. Our full special needs policy is available from the Pre-School Supervisor/Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator (SENCO).
