We offer education and care for children from the age of 2 years until they reach statutory school age. We are part of the Worcestershire Early Years and Childcare Partnership and therefore receive funding for children over the age of 3 years. Depending on when a child's birthday falls, some children may attend Pre-School for almost two years, whereas for other children, it may only be a year. The Pre-School manager is happy to discuss with parents or carers, subject to a place being available, when it might be best for a child to start and how many sessions they might attend. A summary of funding for Pre-School children and the fees that we charge is available within the General Information section of our website.

Applying for a place
Parents can put their Child’s name down for Pre-School at any age, either by personal visit or a telephone call. Children are usually accepted to attend the Pre-School at the age of 2.
You will be informed by letter if your child has been accepted. You will also be asked to complete a Registration Form and return the form within the childs’ first week of commencing Pre-School.

Preparing for Pre-School
Before your child starts at Pre-School it would be helpful if they get used to being without you for short periods of time, perhaps by leaving them with a friend or relative occasionally
