Our Staff

Our dedicated team of Early Years Educators are passionate about providing a nurturing and enriching environment for all children at The Lenches Pre-School.


We follow the Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage, our committed staff create engaging activities and play-based learning opportunities that stimulate children's curiosity and enthusiasm for learning from an early age.


Our range of activities aim to enhance children's communication and language skills, physical abilities, as well as developing personal, social, and emotional growth.  Focussing on key areas such as literacy, mathematics, understanding the world, and expressive arts and design, children form strong relationships at the Lenches Pre-School, both with their peers and with our staff, enhancing a sense of belonging and community.

My career in childcare and education has spanned the last twenty years and I am dedicated to working in early years. I joined The Lenches Pre-School as Manager is September 2022 and incredibly lucky to be working in such wonderful setting.  In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my supportive family, being outdoors and taking long walks with lovely dog, Ruby.

Hello! I am the Deputy Manager at The Lenches Pre-school with over 7 years experience working in Early Years.  I especially enjoy the Montessori and Waldorf approach to childcare.  I love art, music and stories. I also have a qualification in sign along and worked as a SENCo for 3 years. I believe a nursery should be a home away from home and thats what I strive to achieve.

I began working at The Lenches Pre-school in March 2023. I love working with young children and am pleased to be working in such a beautiful setting. When I'm not at work I enjoy spending time with my family and travelling.
